The Sierra de Guadarrama in the heart of Spain is a national park with a breathtaking mountain and cultural landscape and a rich wildlife. Located on the outskirts of Madrid, the low mountain range with its breathtaking granite formations is home to endangered black vultures, imperial eagles, wolves, wild mountain goats and offers a refuge for many amphibians.
