Phineas a Ferb jsou bratři a nejvíc ze všeho je baví vynalézat. To se ovšem nelíbí jejich sestře Candy, která každou volnou chvíli využívá k tomu, aby o nich pověděla rodičům. Naši hrdinové také mají také trochu neobvyklého domácího mazlíčka - ptakopyska Perryho, ale není to jen tak obyčejný domácí mazlíček. Když se nikdo nedívá, rázem se z něj stává hrdina, který bojuje proti zákeřnému doktoru Dutošvarcovi.
