Tess získá kryptonskou skříňku, která kdysi patřila Lionelu Luthorovi. Když Clark krabičku omylem aktivuje, přenese se do paralelního vesmíru, kde Lionel místo Kentových našel Clarka na kukuřičném poli. V tomto vesmíru je Clark Luthor vrah a Lois je zasnoubená s Oliverem a oba Clarka nenávidí. Clark si musí dávat pozor, aby nedal Lionelovi tip, že není jeho syn, a zároveň se snaží přijít na to, jak se dostat zpět na Zemi, kam byl místo něj přenesen netvor Clark Luthor.
